Bigtak Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Account Security

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device is prohibited.

Multiple Account Prohibition

Only one Bigtak account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all funds may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bigtak supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Results & Settlement

• In live betting, any wager placed after the event's outcome has been determined will be automatically voided.

Bigtak's Sports Betting section covers cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more. Each sport has its own specific betting rules, available in the relevant section. For international matches, the official decisions of the ICC, FIFA, or the relevant governing body shall be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bigtak platform and may result in permanent account termination:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Attacking Bigtak's servers or infrastructure.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Participating in any activity related to match-fixing or sports fraud.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Bigtak may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Funds after account closure

If an account is closed for standard reasons, the verified balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a rule violation, bonus funds and proceeds from suspicious transactions may be forfeited. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.

12. Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Dispute Resolution
